   Appoint Officers:

   * Boyd volunteered to be secretary.

   * Boyd nominated Iain to be president.  Iain accepted.

   * Moved, That Boyd Ramsay be appointed secretary of the corporation; and
     That Iain Calder be appointed president of the corporation.  There is
     no candidate for treasurer at this time.
